Why use the in-app administrator call?
Calling the administrator via the app solves several important tasks:

Step-by-step guide
Step 1. Find the “Call administrator” button
- During an active session open the IZI app
- Find the Session management section
- Find the “Call administrator” button
Why this matters: The button is located in a logical place related to managing the current session — exactly where you are most likely to look for help.
Step 2. Describe the problem
- After tapping the button, a window for describing the problem will open
- Briefly describe the essence of the issue or select one of the predefined options
- Indicate the urgency of your request

Step 3. Send the request and wait for the administrator
- Tap the “Send request” button
- Wait for confirmation that the request has been accepted by the system
