Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure that:

  • Your role has access to the “Settings” section
  • You understand the club hardware structure (admin PC, gaming PCs, cash registers, terminals)
  • The shift is open (for some functions, for example test receipt printing)

What the “Settings” section includes

In the left panel of CRM, the “Settings” section consists of three subsections:

  1. Integrations
  2. Screensavers
  3. Monitoring

Each subsection is responsible for an important technical aspect of the club’s operation. Below is a short description of each functional block.

1. Integrations

(detailed article: 3.15.1 Cash register integration)

This subsection is used to connect and configure external services required for the club operation. At the moment, integrations include:

Cash register and payment terminal integration

In this subsection you can:

  • Select the cash register type: KkmServer or Printer
  • Select a cash register device from the list
  • Enter the cashier’s full name
  • Enable interaction with the payment terminal
  • Enable/disable emergency mode “Manual payment”
  • Save or disable the integration

What the cash register is used for

  • Fiscalization of payments
  • Automatic receipt printing
  • Automatic work with the payment terminal
  • Revenue accounting in the shift
  • Correct sending of data to the fiscal data operator (OFD)

2. Screensavers

This subsection allows you to centrally manage screensavers on gaming PCs:

  • Upload your own video screensaver
  • Assign or change a screensaver on several PCs at once
  • Delete a screensaver
  • Control how media files work on client PCs

3. Monitoring

(detailed article: 3.15.3 Monitoring)

This subsection is responsible for the monitoring settings of gaming PCs.

Why monitoring is needed

It allows you to track the state of PCs in real time:

  • CPU/GPU temperatures
  • Component load
  • Memory usage
  • Disk activity
  • Network speed
  • Throttling reasons

Monitoring helps to detect overheating, PC overload, and network or disk issues in time.
