Who this article is for

  • Owners of computer clubs
  • Partners with access to the CRM management panel
  • Heads of club chains

What you will learn

  • How to view the list of game sessions for a selected period
  • Which data is available to the owner for each session
  • How to analyze club load and client activity
  • How to use filters and sorting for management control
  • In which cases to use this section for handling disputes

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure that:

  • You are logged into the CRM with owner rights
  • You have access to analytics and operation history sections
  • The system is synchronized (it is recommended to refresh the page before starting work)

Step-by-step guide

Step 1. Go to the “Sessions list” section

  • Open IZI CRM
  • In the left menu select “Sessions list”

A log of all game sessions in the club will open.

Step 2. Select the period for analysis

  • In the upper-right part of the page select the desired date
  • You can view:
    • current day
    • past days
    • custom periods

After selecting the date, the list is updated automatically.

Step 3. Review session data

For each session the owner sees:

  • Session ID
  • Session status
  • Client phone number (or “one-time” mark)
  • Start date and time
  • End date and time
  • Club zone
  • PC number
  • Applied tariff
  • Actual play time

Also available:

  • Column sorting (by date, zone, status, etc.)
  • Filtering by parameters (client, zone, status)

Step 4. Use this section for management control

The “Sessions list” section is used by the owner primarily for:

  • Controlling actual club load
  • Analyzing the number of active and completed sessions
  • Checking the correctness of administrators’ work
  • Handling client requests about time, payments and bookings
  • Detecting idle time in zones or on specific PCs
  • Matching data with revenue and transactions

Important:
The owner does not manage sessions directly in this section.
All actions (ending, extending, moving clients) are performed by administrators via the “Main” or “Computers” sections.

Session statuses

  • Active — the session is currently running
  • Ended — the session is finished
  • Wait — the session is scheduled, the PC is reserved, the game has not started yet
