1.6 Installing Software on Gaming PCs

The installation and full configuration of the IZI software on gaming PCs is handled by the IZI technical support team.
After you submit your request and it gets approved, our specialists will contact you, agree on a convenient time, and connect to the club’s equipment remotely.

During the installation process we:

• check the correctness of the PC preparation;
• configure the IZI client software;
• connect gaming stations to the CRM;
• verify system stability;

No additional actions are required from you — the entire technical setup is performed by our team.
